1. Chest ( Measure the chest fullest part, placing the tape close up ubder the arms).

2. Waist (Measure the natural waistline)

3. Shirt Length (Measure from the centre back of your neck to your hemline. then length measurement will very depending on the style of garment).

4. Pants length (measure with a meter from the top of the abdomen to the navel down to the bottom).

5- Hand length (from the top of the shoulder to the end of the hand
